Praise is an Assemblies of God (Assembly of God) church. The Assemblies of God organization, currently the world's largest Penticostal denomination, was founded in Hot Springs, Arkansas in 1914. Today the number of U.S. churches total over 13,000, and over 67 million members worldwide.

The Assemblies National headquarters is located in Springfield Missouri. The Oregon AG regional office is located in Brooks Oregon.

The Praise Family of Churches has branch campus locations in: Monmouth (near Dallas, Independance, and Falls City), Mcminnville (near Dundee, Dayton, Amity, and Lafayette), Willamina (near Sheridan and Grand Ronde), Mitchell (near Prineville and Dayville), and Eugene / Springfield (Near the University of Oregon campus)
